As a regular visitor to Jersey to see family i find this Hotel excellent value for money. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and its location is ideal with the beach across the road. If you are not eating and drinking in the hotel then there is a very good Thai takeaway and a lively pub opposite. The hotel location makes it an ideal short walk to the main shopping area of St. Helier. I will certainly use this hotel again.

To be honest me and my boyfriend, we didn't spend most of our daytime in the hotel.. but genuinely I can say that all the staff was very welcoming and willing to help.. Breakfast was nice and I was really surprised with the wide choice of it.. Unfortunately we didn't manage to try the swimming pool as the time was tight.. The bar in a hotel wasn't too big but it actually didn't upset us at all because there weren't really much people.. so we weren't disturbed and enjoyed each others company. Thank you.!

Receptiion staff were friendly and very helpful with car parking. Breakfast service and food was excellent. My one bar meal was not presented well and was not appetising.

I've stayed at The DeNormandie twice this year now, and will be back later this year. I was initially wary with the price, ie the daily rate for B&B is very competitive so I suspected either the room or food might reflect the 'low' price but no concerns with either.
The staff are friendly and approachable; the facilities (ie Pool, Bar and Evening Menu) are good and it's well placed to walk into St Helier if you'd rather not use the regular bus route. There are other restaurants local to the hotel also, so you do have easy options for alternative foods etc if you'd rather eat out.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel but it was not without incident. However, the manager responded in a very helpful way.The rooms were very clean but I found the breakfast as a vegetarian rather bland and dull.I ate tinned grapefruit and prunes every morning. It would have been nice to have some fresh croissants and preserves or just lovely bread. We used the pool alot but I felt it could do with a refurb. and the changing rooms were grotty.Parking was rather annoying as the spaces were limited. The location was good as it was lovely to cross the road straight onto the beach.
