We had a relaxed and comfortable stay at Wheatlands. Staff and management were very friendly and helpful. The location was peaceful, being on a quiet country road, yet not far from amenities. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Located within 30 acres of countryside is the Wheatlands Hotel and Golf Course,
a small and friendly 2 star hotel where traditional hospitality is combined in a
relaxing atmosphere with superb countryside views. Offering many facilities like
the challenging nine-hole golf course and heated outdoor Swimming Pool, and with
the sandy coast of St Aubin just ten minutes walk away, Wheatlands is ideal for
all types of Jersey holidays. The hotel has been recommended by the Good Bed & Breakfast
Guide and has received Jersey Tourism SilverMerit award.
Rooms
At Wheatlands Hotel all 18 bedrooms are en-suite and heated and include: Colour
TV, hairdryer and Tea/Coffee making facilities. Single rooms are available at no
supplement and Family rooms are available.
Restaurant
'Harry Vardon' Restaurant has various menus, serving traditional breakfast & 4 course
table d'hote dinner, made using fresh seasonal local Jersey produce. There is also
a delightful 'Granite Bar' serves the hotel's unique sloe gin, produced each year
in the September Harvest. The Garden terrace serves snacks throughout the day and
is a lovely location to relax when the weather is fine.
Swimming Pool
Set within the spacious gardens there is the heated outdoor Swimming Pool (May to
September) and adjacent garden terrace where light snacks and drinks are served.
Golf Course
Set out in 30 acres of parkland is the challenging nine-hole golf course, opened
in 1994 by Ryder Cup Captain Ian Woosnam and described as one of the most beautiful
par 3 golf courses in the world - as shown on the PGA Seniors Tour 2007.
