The Merton Hotel is a 3 star hotel in St Saviour, right on the outskirts of Jersey's capital St Helier. The Merton Hotel has a reputation for providing an unbeatable range of facilities, combined with the highest levels of hospitality, for the perfect stay in Jersey. Appealing to all types of guests, from families to couples, for business or pleasure, the Merton Hotel Jersey is ideal for a pleasant and tranquil stay on the island of Jersey. The town centre is just a 15 minute stroll away and many of St Helier's popular tourist attractions are close by.

Rooms

Merton Hotel Jersey offers a wide choice of accommodation types: single, twin, double, triple-bedded and family rooms, and suites. Whichever room type you choose you will find it well-equipped with an en-suite bath and shower, flat screen TV (with free family movies 24 hours a day), radio, a tea/coffee tray, direct dial telephone, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

All bedroom floors are served by a lift and all bedrooms are non-smoking. The hotel also has a limited number of cots available for infants, each bedroom is equipped with a baby-listening system or alternatively a baby sitting service is available for an hourly charge.

Restaurant

The Merton Hotel has a superb range of dining options, with five different restaurants and three bars to choose from, there is something to suit every age, taste and appetite.

Belvedere Restaurant

The Belvedere Restaurant is the Merton Hotel's main restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and a carvery buffet dinner of the highest standard. Included in the price of your room is your morning breakfast; choose from fresh pastries and croissants or indulge yourself in a full English breakfast with bacon, sausage, egg and all the trimmings.

Each evening there is a fabulous three-course buffet dinner served with a wide choice of dishes, including a special healthy selection for children. An early dining facility for children and families is also available, and adjacent to The Belvedere there is a supervised crèche for small children which is available each evening during the summer months, ideal to keep the children busy whilst you enjoy your meal.

Bonetti's Restaurant

Bonetti's offers an Italian-style menu with a wide choice of dishes using fresh and local produce wherever possible. With a light and airy atrium setting, special seasonal dishes such as the famous lobster salad, and open daily, Bonetti's Restaurant is the perfect restaurant to dine for lunch or dinner.

Jersey Joe's Diner

Jersey Joe's is a 1950's American style diner, full of gleaming chrome, bar stools and TV screens, and even the front end of a pink Cadillac situated over the entrance. From a quick drink to tasty snacks and a delicious ice cream sundae, Jersey Joe's is great for a family treat. You can even check your emails or surf the net while you wait with Jersey Joe's internet facilities.

Commentary Box Sports Bar

The Commentary Box Sports Bar is located above the Boulevard Lounge and with a sports theme is the perfect place to watch the sports action over a drink. As well as screening all the big sporting events, you can enjoy a frame of pool or a game of chess in this bar.

Conference Rooms

The Merton Hotel is a popular conference and function venue on the Island of Jersey, with the Star Room and Belvedere Restaurant able to accommodate up to 150 and 350 people respectively for a sit down meal. The Star Room is also an excellent venue for meetings and conferences of up to 150 people, with audio-visual and technical systems available to support every conference organiser's needs.

Spa

The Merton Hotel offers extensive leisure facilities with over £5million invested in new facilities in recent years. The Aquadome is the Merton Hotel's exclusive pool and leisure club, comprising of an indoor dome at a subtropical 27°C with an exciting 80 metre water slide, lazy river, cascade fountains, spa pools as well as a sauna and steam room. Outside, there is another swimming pool with it's own fountain and spa, plus a children's play area - all supervised by our fully qualified lifeguards.

FlowRider is the £1million attraction which is unique to the Merton Hotel. Combining the look of surfing, the ride of snowboarding and the tricks of skateboarding, the FlowRider sends a thin sheet of water up a sloped, cushioned ride surface to create a wavelike flow of water to create an artificial surfing experience which is suitable for beginners as well as advanced surfers.

The Merton Hotel's fitness centre provides a comprehensive range of cardio-vascular and weight-resistant equipment, a selection of free weights and a dedicated stretch area, with an interactive TV system to keep you entertained. A dedicated team of fitness instructors are on hand to help you with the equipment and put together an exercise programme to help you achieve your goals during your stay.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchair access to hotel by ramp and access to restaurants by ramp. Disabled toilet on ground floor. All rooms are served by a lift. Only family rooms are suitable for wheelchair access and have bathroom access. These rooms must be booked in advance.
