The 3 star Waters Edge Hotel occupies a picturesque location on Jersey's north coast
with breathtaking views overlooking Bouley Bay. A great location for those who enjoy

the perfect location to relax and enjoy your Jersey holiday. The Water's Edge Hotel
is a traditional building offering 51 rooms as well as self-catering accommodation
with excellent facilities, including a bus stop outside for easy access to St. Helier,
Jersey's capital.
Rooms
The Water's Edge Hotel has 51 rooms with either a sea or south facing garden view.
Room types include family rooms, Junior suites and a Penthouse. All rooms are en-suite
and have tea and coffee facilities, direct dial telephone and colour television.
Self Catering Apartments
The Water's Edge Hotel also offers 6 units of self - catering accommodation each
including of: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining area and Living room. Contemporary
designed, facilities are split over ground and first floor levels and there are
balconies overlooking Bouley Bay Harbour.
All bedding and towels are provided, cots and high chairs are available on request
and all apartments operating on a strict non - smoking policy.
Restaurant
The restaurant at the Water's Edge Hotel offers a varied selection of exciting cuisine
including fresh local seafood and their popular falambees. The emphasis is on modern
British dishes with hints of classical and there is also a well-balanced wine list.
The fine dining experience is complemented by the glorious panoramic views over
the bay to the distant French coastline, meaning dining at the Waters Edge Hotel
is a memorable dining experience.
The Water's Edge Hotel's own pub 'The Famous Black Dog' is popular with locals for
its delicious food, and character with its own real fire, and makes for an alternative,
more relaxed dining experience than the restaurant.
