Overlooking St. Aubins Fort and the bay, the restaurant offers fresh Jersey produce with it's daily changing Table d'Hôte and seasonal A la Carte menus. Light lunches are available in the sun lounge or on the flower filled terrace on sunny days.

The Jersey Sea Sports centre is only 10 minutes from the Hotel Cristina where you can rent jet skis and water-skis and then make use of them at St Aubin, a playground for water-skiers.
