capital, The Club Hotel & Spa offers exclusive accommodation, a sublime spa
with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a Michelin-starred 4 AA rosettes restaurant
in Jersey.
Opened in the summer of 2005, The Club Hotel & Spa is based in a sophisticated
townhouse in the heart of the island's capital, just a stone's throw from breathtaking
beaches and many of the popular Jersey tourist attractions, making it an ideal base
for a stay in Jersey.
Rooms
The Club Hotel & Spa offers 46 luxurious bedrooms including 8 suites, each lavishly
appointed with the finest feather beds, dressed with Frette Egyptian cotton sheets,
goose down quilts and feather bed mattress covers to ensure the perfect night's
sleep.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and also have large full height windows which
open to a balustrade. The stylish granite bathrooms all feature power showers and
have Floringo bath sheet towels, robes, slippers and L'Occitane products.
Bedroom facilities include: flat screen TVs, DVD/CD players, B&O portable telephones
and private bars. Bedrooms are equipped with safes for your valuables such as jewels
and laptops, and Wi-Fi access is available in all the rooms free of charge.
Studio Suites
Have extra large open-plan bedrooms with sitting area and luxury granite bathrooms
with separate shower cubicles.
Deluxe Suites
Have an entrance lobby, a sitting room, archway to separate double bedroom and superb
large granite bathroom with separate 2 person shower cubicle.
Master Suites
Have an entrance hall, door to a large sitting room, door to a spacious bedroom
with en-suite granite luxury bathroom and separate shower. There is also a second
shower room, with a steam shower. Master suites are situated overlooking the outdoor
pool and small garden from the large full height French windows with balustrades
Restaurant
The Club Hotel & Spa is home to Bohemia Restaurant, the 4 AA Rosette restaurant
which is a renowned gastronomic destination in Jersey. Under the expert direction
of Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin, you can enjoy such delicacies as Jersey asparagus,
locally caught sea bass, lobster, crab and Royal Bay oysters and foie gras. Famous
Jersey produce such as milk from the famous Jersey cow, Royal Bay Oysters and hand
dived scallops, and the Jersey Royal Potato are all used.
The dining room and private Bohemia rooms allow a choice of intimacy and style as
well as atmosphere and decadency or try the Chef's Table in the heart of the kitchen
to absorb the energy of a Michelin Star kitchen for up to 6 guests.
The Club Hotel also has a second restaurant, Club Cafe overlooking the outdoor pool,
for informal dining. Bohemia Bar offers a range of drinks such as cocktails, champagnes
and wines with casual seating for up to 60 guests, along with light snacks available
both for lunch and dinner.
Spa
The Club Hotel & Spa is the perfect destination for a relaxing spa break in
Jersey. Begin your Spa day with a swim in the salt pool or simply sit and enjoy
the hydrotherapy bench before you begin one of our thermal treatments which include
the salt cabin, herbal steam, sauna, with the experience shower to revive and invigorate.
You may choose to enter the Rasul room where you will smooth mineral mud over the
body and face enjoying the warmth and cleansing-utopia. The Spa lounge beckons with
its soft lighting, herbal refreshments and luxurious loungers inviting you to rest
and reflect before your therapist escorts you to a private treatment suite.

wide range of treatments to truely pamper yourself such as the much-recommended
rasul mud therapy.
